The recent shooting of Trayvon in Fla. really got my attention as do other topics but this one touched me more I felt to start this blog.
I posted comments on CNN. on a few of the many video clips they have but all in all I pray for the will of God to be done … We as a people for one cannot keep just allowing killings as such to go on this has to stop.
We as a people have to bring order back and all this hate and stupidness has to cease. We have to be responsible for our actions period.
So take a moment to express yourself about how this has affected you or not.
Remember our actions not reactions make a difference.
So I send forth the words calling ORDER in the Land, also what a man sow let him also reap, Thy Will Be Done.

RUNNING

Just felt to share a powerful and simpler truth. May this excerpt from As A Man Thinketh cause you to think and to become awakened today.

A man’s weakness and strength, purity and impurity, are his own, and not another man’s; they are brought about by himself, and not by another; and they can only be altered by himself, never by another. His condition is also his own, and not another man’s his sufferings and his happiness are evolved from within. As he thinks, so he is; as he continues to think, so he remains.

I love to say“Change your mind and your ass will follow”,

In order to change the man you must first change the THOUGHT!

EXISTING

Today
I am sitting here just existing.
I don’t feel very much joy
but I think I should ……

I look around and everyone
for the most part seems to have
it going on,
but I am — just existing.

I took a deep breath (deep sigh)
and it seemed to relieve the pressure (ahhhh)
a little
but I don’t know what to do
I seem so bla you know, — just existing.

All around others seem to be
moving right along … even the bugs, and
animals seem to be busy, but
here I am — existing
not moving fast or slowwwwww just — existing.

I met someone new!! Recently.
and here I sit waiting.
Waiting for a call — just existing
waiting … hoping …
hoping they call

I feel I need someone to talk to but,
there is no one to call

I said a little prayer (Lord’s Prayer how does that go?)
but I don’t know how to feel because I’m just — existing
So there are no feelings — just existence.

PEOPLE HOLD ON

Sitting here all alone so it seemed I read another post today of another person taking their life … feeling hopeless, unloved, rejected, cast away so much for one to deal with they thought …

Then my heart filled with overwhelming compassion…

Thoughts swirling around inside of what could be done to break this spirit of hopelessness … thinking of what could push one so far….

How and what could I do to be that beacon of light to offer hope for one who’s heart has grown dim?

Perhaps to just lend an ear, offer a hug, give off a warm loving smile just a bit of what could be done.

I searched myself for a moment identifying with experiences of bullying, feelings of being alone, the awful feeling of rejection and then I, I paused for a moment and Stopped!!!

I then gave thanks for my life.

I remember in the past I fought back, sometimes shed tears but deep inside I knew I had a reason for being Me.

I held on when all hell broke loose, I held on when the day turned to night and it seemed so long, I sometime took the long walk around the outside to avoid the pain of taking the short route inside where those haters and ignorant ones would be standing and bumping their gums… yes I did … but I carried on step by step day by day.

In my pressing on I have grown in many ways … yeah some days I experience and array of emotions but I have grown.

I give thanks for learning and having an ever evolving relationship with God, my Source, my Creator that unseen yet seen energy that lives within me giving me life.

I know I am young, gifted and that’s a fact … we all have treasures within even you, you and you…. Everyone is special in his or her own way, always know this truth.

My prayer and word is that we hold on until the war is over … there are days the rain will come but the sun is sure to shine hold on … People hold on you’ve got to be strong …

Find someone whom you can share with, write it out, dance it out, shout it out, live it out … LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL no matter what! There is hope and there is a brighter day for you….

In this life we have we can make whatever we want:for

Destiny is not left up to chance but it is a matter of CHOICE … Make a choice today.

I send much love and I lend my ear for those that would choose to come near fear not … I am here … to offer my experience, my strength, my knowledge, a hug, a smile or a note I typed … to give you strength to carry on …. Life is Beautiful, live it to the fullest and enjoy every moment of it for it is your divine right and it is a CHOICE we make…

I give thanks that these few words may be of a help in your life experience. I send them out so that they would touch the hearts and minds of everyone and continue to break the spirit of suicide, to break the spirit of hopelessness and bring life, to bring strength and to give that needed push or boast to carry on…

Peace & Grace

WORKING WITH —- THE LAW OF ATTRACTION

The Divine Laws work no matter what … whether one is aware he or she is using them or not.

So if it is by thought that we create our own life experiences … let us take a moment and examine our life where we are right NOW.

What have I created?

What am I experiencing right now? (This I created) ……….

Am I satisfied with my creation or not?

What is it that I am wanting to create/ or have in my life?

Remember one invites every experience again via their thought (good/bad/or indifferent) … what are you thinking & if emotion is added, it then launches the experience which brings expectancy, thus producing your own experience.

So if you don’t want a thing or want to experience it in your life … then don’t speak of it or or imagine it … for if you give attention to it, think of it, or speak of it you invite this into your experience.

So there are actually no victims in life only volunteers or one who has invited …

So suggestion today began to look for only that which you are wanting to experience and as you practice this process of sifting … you will be well on your way of getting that which you are wanting and less of what you are not wanting ….

Staring

My eyes often fill with tears of my many years of life …

I think of those that use to be in this form I am now, long gone on but still ever near

Heat rises within like the river about to flow over her banks and just at the last moment she crests before she spills over.

Staring into the ethers to see the scrolls of my desires revealed listening for the voice of

Mother God Father God to speak, sitting waiting looking knowing … I am here

Emotions as long as the day is long, reflecting on smiles, blank faces, mean faces and thinking of moments of what love may be, could be, the good old days and the moment at hand — here and now. Quietly I still stare into the deep.

Feeling the need to talk to someone that could feel my frustrations know my pain and yet tell me ways on how to stay sane, for Lord knows there is so much much more to gain.

To Be Loved

Life a series of experiences and expressions
good, bad, indifferent
love, hate, happy, sometimes sad
to many to describe,
yet here with a few stokes
Reflecting on those gone by
wanting to be touched by love
giving giving giving I gave …
Sometime wanting to know why it seemed I
was never repaid
Tears, smiles, laughs and silence
I gave …
Perhaps a kiss a word a hug or just a simple thanks would
do but some didn’t seem to have a clue.
Knowledge I gained wouldn’t allow me to go insane
or not even to blame … I played the game.
Onward, forward, upward I go …. Deeper within
I go so that love will grow …
To be touched by love only

RELEASING TWEAKING PERFECTING…

Sitting here as usual thoughts turning faster than any ray of light could ever travel … I continue to write, to feel my dreams, to feel my freedom unfold inside my head, volumes flowing like the endless oceans that cannot be contained.
I finally force my self to stroke the keys and release the pressure of the volcanic eruption that has been brewing for ages inside me, the hour of eruption is now at hand.
Melodious sounds in the back ground … words about butterflies not able to be controlled, I identify like the emotions I feel that try to take over me whenever they choose …
Yet I know the I Am in me is alive and well so I exhale tasting the peace that passes all understanding and I flow freely as the air so free, so sweet,so plentiful such a delight.
So I continue to write the script tweaking perfecting loving my story …. I Am

So Let’s Go Get Stoned for a few…
As we take a trip down memory lane if you come with me Your All I Need To Get By…
Each of us packed with endless gifts and talents how many times have you stop to Count Your Blessings…
Seems like to many times in life we choose to just Stay Free then we realize it is so important that we Reach Out and Touch Somebody’s Hand … because Nobody Knows what is going on inside until we share ourselves… Words bring forth, we’ve all heard in the beginning was the word… thus as it is written the message has been in the music for ages.
Just when things seemed so Crazy and you found yourself out on the Street Corner the words written by the great Nick helped bring a change of heart and mind. Now the time came to Love It Away since we Found A Cure we can now cheer up such a lovely part of life. Life is so sweet there are many mistakes but as we learn to forgive, learn to trust and not run away then we can build up a love that is SOLID solid as a rock. Knowing that brick by brick we have come from so far to a new place today now we know Ain’t No Mountain High Enough to keep us from Destiny. Truly there Ain’t Nothing Like The Real Thing than to finally live your dreams
